Download Pulera from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with your Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) account. Browse the story catalog, pick a case, and start messaging. The app looks and works like a real messenger — your conversations with AI characters drive the story forward.
Pulera uses Apple Sign In on iOS devices and Google Sign In on Android devices. Make sure you are signing in with the same account you originally used. If you continue to experience issues, contact us at support@xvenos.com with your registered email address.
Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store. On iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. On Android, go to Google Play > Payments & Subscriptions. Xvenos does not process payments directly.
Open Pulera and go to Settings. Tap "Restore Purchases" to sync any previous purchases with your current account. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android) used for the original purchase.
Uplinks (⚡) are the in-app currency used to send messages, use forensic tools, and interact with characters. You can earn Uplinks by completing story objectives, or purchase them via subscription or one-time purchases.
During stories, you have access to a growing set of forensic tools — such as image analysis, text extraction, audio filtering, and facial recognition. These tools help you analyze evidence and solve cases. They cost Uplinks to use, and new tools are added regularly.
Yes. Pulera uses a trust and relationship system — AI characters remember what you say, track your tone, and can catch lies or inconsistencies. There is no undo button; once a message is sent, it's sent. Your choices directly influence character trust, available information, and story endings.
Pulera supports voice messaging — your speech is converted to text on your device using native speech-to-text. No audio is sent to external servers. You can deny microphone permission and use the app with text input only.
Yes. Pulera has an asynchronous world — characters may send you messages, react to events, or progress the story even when the app is closed. You'll receive push notifications for important messages if notifications are enabled.
Pulera's catalog is constantly growing with new stories across different genres and categories. Replay options depend on the specific case — some stories allow replay to explore different decision paths and endings, while others are single-play experiences. Completed sessions appear in your dormant sessions list.
In Settings, you can toggle the romance option on or off. When enabled, certain stories may include romantic storyline elements with characters. When disabled, these elements are excluded from your experience.
Pulera currently supports English, Turkish, and Indonesian — both for the app interface and story content. More languages are coming soon. You can change the language in Settings.
Yes. Your progress is tied to your account and synced across your devices. On iOS, sign in with the same Apple account on each device. On Android, sign in with the same Google account on each device.
Open Pulera and go to Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account. Type "DELETE" to confirm. Your profile, messages, sessions, Uplink balance, and device data will be permanently removed. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
